Planning & Professional Fees

In most cases, you will not pay more for booking with me — and often, you’ll receive added value, amenities, or upgrades not available when booking on your own. Many travel partners cover the majority of my planning services, allowing you to enjoy boutique-level care at an exceptional value.
For custom itineraries or non-commissionable travel, a small, transparent planning fee may apply. You’ll always know the cost upfront, with no surprises.
My goal is to provide thoughtful planning, exceptional service, and complete peace of mind from start to finish. Your escape should feel effortless — and I’m here to make that happen.
No-Cost Travel Planning
$0 for most bookings
For trips booked with participating partners (Disney, Universal, Sandals, major hotel brands, cruise lines, many all-inclusive resorts), there is no planning fee.
Includes consultation, research, booking, itinerary support, and assistance before and during travel.
Custom Itineraries & Non-Commissionable Travel
Some experiences (such as standalone flights, independent tours, boutique stays, or complex multi-city itineraries) are not covered by supplier commissions. For these trips, I charge a small planning fee to cover the time and care involved in crafting your personalized journey.
Custom Planning Fee: Starting at $50–$100 depending on trip complexity
Includes full itinerary design, research, scheduling, and coordination.
Group Travel Planning
Group coordination requires extra communication, logistics, and organization.
If the resort or travel partner pays full commission, your group planning is typically no additional cost.
If the trip is non-commissionable: Group Planning Fee: Starting at $150

The Signature Service Promise
Most of my services are covered by trusted travel partners, so you won’t pay extra for expert planning. Some non-commissionable trips, custom or specialty itineraries may require a small planning fee may apply — and you’ll always know the cost upfront.
